We can use a multitude of supplements for a sluggish colon, inflamed or clogged liver, skin issues etc..., but if we don't detoxify the chemicals and metals we are exposed to during our lifetime that accumulate in these areas, they can't possibly function optimally. There are so many probiotic products on the market that it can be super confusing what to choose. I like ReNew Life Brand for the fact this is a solid, high quality product with 90 billion cultures and 12 probiotic strains (Young Living's Life 9 probiotics are also excellent. I use both brands so that I "mix up" the strains which is a good thing to do for our microbiome balance

Hair loss, low energy, skin and weight issues, feeling wired or feeling tired--all can be related to your thyroid. Your thyroid is a highly absorbable gland where metals and chemicals can settle--it can easily get inflamed and not produce proper thyroid hormones. Using supplements or medication doesn't resolve the cause of thyroid issues. Help your thyroid by detoxing the toxins! What does pico-ionic mean? Basically, it means good (great) absorption into the cells. Any time I can get a liquid supplement, it's my preference. Garden of Life Organic Unrefined Coconut oil is cold pressed with no bleaching, refining, deodorizing or hydrogenating. "Unrefined" and organic coconut oil is the only kind you should ingest raw. Refined coconut oil is only for cooking (not ingesting raw off the spoon like Unrefined). I use unrefined coconut oil every morning in my coffee (gives it a slightly nutty and less acidic taste). It's also excellent to mix with my butter to drizzle over popcorn.
Food Grade Organic Hemp seed oil (this is NOT the same as CBD oil), is excellent on salads with fresh lemon and Himalayan salt or straight off the spoon. Loaded with your Omega's, reduces inflammation, soothes pain of arthritis, improves skin complexion and detoxifies skin and great as a massage oil. A great product to use daily!

Levoit's salt lamp is a great way to purify your air. the salt crystal lamp heat up and emits negative ions that fight against electromagnetic radiation, purify the air and helps you sleep better at night. No plastic (important in my opinion) is in the base.

A pure resin form of minerals and trace elements. There are four grades of Shilajit with this resin product being the highest grade. It's not cheap and it's a small container but a teeny bit makes a healthy tea OR place under your tongue (the taste reminds me of Vetiver essential oil).
